180-Day Manufacturing Warranty

Our Warranty
Every Zegnii jewellery piece includes a 180-day manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery.

What Is Covered
The warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects in the jewellery, including issues relating to workmanship or the original stone setting.

What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, improper handling, impact damage, loss, unauthorized repairs, chemical exposure or the natural fading of plated finishes over time.

How to Request Assistance
Please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs or a short video. Our team will review the jewellery and advise the appropriate resolution.

Repair, replacement or another suitable resolution will be determined after inspection. Shipping charges may apply where the issue is not caused by a manufacturing defect.

Jewellery Care
To preserve your jewellery, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, household chemicals and water. Store each piece separately in a dry, soft-lined jewellery box.
