Processing Time
Every Zegnii jewellery piece is handcrafted to order. Our standard processing time is 3–6 business days before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery
United States: approximately 6–12 business days after dispatch.
International: approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Express shipping options may be available upon request.

Delivery estimates may occasionally be affected by customs processing, local postal delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Returned jewellery must be unworn, undamaged and sent back in its original packaging. Custom-made, personalized and specially modified orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.
